I was brought in to elevate Donsje’s visual DNA to the next level — making it feel more fresh, high-end, personal, and high-impact, while staying true to the brand’s warmth, craftsmanship, and storytelling roots.
My role sat at the intersection of art direction, content strategy, and creative leadership, shaping how the brand is experienced across campaigns, digital, and social.

Donsje has a strong and beloved foundation. Rather than reinventing it, my focus was on refinement and evolution — sharpening the visual language, introducing more depth and sophistication, and creating a clearer narrative thread across all channels.
Storytelling remained central: every visual choice was made to feel intentional, emotional, and recognisably Donsje.
Art Direction & Campaign Worlds
I led art direction for all campaigns and photoshoots from concept to execution, translating seasonal ideas into cohesive visual worlds.
Each campaign was approached as a story — tactile, imaginative, and emotionally grounded — ensuring consistency across e-commerce, social, and marketing outputs.
Donsje Care
Building a Brand from the Ground Up
One of my most in-depth projects was the creation of the full visual identity for Donsje Care.
I led the process from A to Z — from strategy and concept development to casting, art direction, and creative execution. The goal was to build a visual world that feels soft, caring, and trustworthy, while still carrying the refined aesthetic of the Donsje universe.
Through imagery and storytelling, we created a journey that connects emotionally — speaking not only to babies and children, but equally to their parents.
Content & Social Strategy
In parallel, I developed and executed brand and social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok. The focus was on elevating the overall aesthetic while keeping the content human, playful, and accessible.
Visual coherence, pacing, and narrative continuity were key — allowing the brand to feel both premium and personal.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
I managed the content team and guided all creative projects from concept to delivery, creating clarity through structure while leaving space for creativity.
Working closely with e-commerce, design, B2B, and sales teams, I ensured that visual storytelling aligned with both brand values and commercial objectives — delivering consistency across every touchpoint.
